They say don’t feed your dog cooked bones - are there any bones that are ok to give them? |
Some bones are good for dogs to help maintain healthy teeth and gums, provide chewing exercise and entertainment for your dog take trotters and porkettes for example they are not cooked they are slowly dried to avoid splintering. Avoid sharp bones that can damage or puncture the intestines, and cooked bones that can also splinter causing punctures, damage the teeth and cause constipation. But like anything you should always be careful and watch your dog.
